Senior Sales Consultant
In project sales you concentrate strongly on the conclusion of profitable consulting mandates. You will identify, develop and maintain long-term, constructive and effective client relationships and you will focus on meeting client expectations and delivering results. You must have a strong understanding and network in the region; Knowing the potential customer base and customers' business and organization along with a sound understanding of their future direction in the market.
This position requires a highly motivated individual able to identify opportunities by analyzing potential new business and market drivers. With a strong understanding of EIM along with an in-depth knowledge of the commercial sector, you must be able to demonstrate prior sales success and sales at all levels, including board level.
As Senior Sales Consultant Project Sales you are required:
To formulate and implement a coherent sales plan for the region that will effectively drive and support our expansion/diversification and ultimately support our future strategic growth
Achieve/exceed quarterly and annual sales and profit targets within your assigned territory
Create and maintain regular, timely and accurate sales forecasts while managing your pipeline and your effective and focused business plan
Actively work with the entire IseoLabs team to support you in the sales process
Act at all levels to manage the significant changes driven by EIM initiatives and deliver programs fundamental to business growth and profitability
These are your strengths:
Sales experience for executive level decision makers such as C-Level and directors
Proven track record of positioning EIM projects with clients
Successful project sales experience with a proven track record of achieving goals
Experience with C-level executives
Experience in project sales at medium to large corporate level
Very focused on customer solutions and satisfaction
Proven network and experience in the target group
Self-motivation ability
